药理学
αMT是血清素、去甲肾上腺素和多巴胺的再摄取抑制剂和释放剂,[1]它同时还是一种非选择性血清素受体激动剂、[2]可逆性单胺氧化酶抑制剂。[3][4]αMT在大鼠的大脑中对MAO-A抑制的效力几乎与等摩尔剂量的骆驼蓬碱 相当。[注 1]
