α-甲基色胺(α-MethyltryptamineαMT)是一种色胺类致幻剂、兴奋剂、诱导剂。

药理学

αMT是血清素去甲肾上腺素多巴胺再摄取抑制剂和释放剂,[1]它同时还是一种非选择性血清素受体激动剂[2]可逆性单胺氧化酶抑制剂。[3][4]αMT在大鼠的大脑中对MAO-A抑制的效力几乎与等摩尔剂量的骆驼蓬碱相当。[注 1]

  1. 抑制MAO的的效果在7μM/kg(1.5mg/kg的骆驼蓬碱、1.2mg/kg的αMT)时相当。在70μM/kg时,αMT的效果比骆驼蓬碱低得多。[5]
